Mindful productivity is a set of principles that allow you to work better and think better in a sustainable way.

Build the habits to mindfully productive: - Apply the Goldilocks Principle of Anxiety: don’t let stress “completely derail your work,” but don’t avoid stress either. - Take occasional breaks: allows you to avoid decisions fatigue and lets you consolidate information - Use mindful context switching: while you cannot completely avoid multitasking, “design manageable chunks of work” in different contexts to maintain your focus. Mindful productivity allows us to acknowledge our mental limits (e.g. multitasking and fatigue) and find ways to work around them.
